Recently decided to backtrack onto my older account and refollow a lot of folks I neglected to add onto my watchlist here.

So if you have no idea why some random person that thinks she's a cat decided to follow you, it's the same person who thought she was a cat from a few years ago. No real special story. I like to see a lot of work and I find yours interesting, at the least. So boost for you, I considered you worth refollowing. Though that doesn't have a whole lot of weight.
